Figure 8 is a mastermind community where mission-driven founders come together to lean on, learn from, and grow alongside each other. This programs exists to support underrepresented founders through coaching, education, and strategies designed to help them build value-centric companies that amplify their mission by integrating their highest worth and working together to create regenerative business models powered by purpose and meaning.

The program is an eight-month membership community that offers:

  • Live coaching sessions (2x a month)
